Windows Installer Coordinator is stuck in an endless loop
This typically occurs when trying to uninstall a product from a session host.
To resolve, Enable the Local Group Policy (GPEDIT.MSC) setting, Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Remote Desktop Session Host > Application Compatibility > Turn off Windows Installer RDS Compatibility.
Run GPUPDATE /FORCE and don't forget to restore the previous setting.
