VMware Tools is installed on VM but vSphere client indicates it is not.

Problem

VMWare Tools is installed in the guest VM, but the vSphere Client still insists that it is not installed with the yellow band.

Resolution

If the band doesn't disappear after a refresh, reinstall the VMware Tools as an administrator.
